Service Terms & Conditions

RIM TO GO is a pickup-only delivery coordination service operating in Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, Rimforest, and surrounding communities. By submitting a delivery request through rimtogo.goape.io, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Overview

Customers must place and pay for store or restaurant orders directly with the merchant prior to requesting delivery. RIM TO GO does not process product payments on behalf of merchants unless explicitly stated.

2. Prohibited Items

Delivery does not transport the following: Tobacco products, including cigarettes, vaping devices, or related products. Firearms, ammunition, or weapons. Illegal substances or controlled substances. Any items that violate local, state, or federal laws.

3. Restricted Items

Age-Restricted Items (Alcohol)
Rim Delivery operates as a courier service only. Customers must purchase all items, including alcohol, directly from the retailer before pickup. Rim Delivery does not sell, purchase, or supply alcohol.

Alcohol may be transported only under the following conditions:

  • The customer must complete the purchase directly with the retailer.
  • The customer must designateRim Delivery (or driver) as an authorized pickup person if required by the retailer.
  • The driver must be able to legally receive the order from the retailer (valid ID will be presented at pickup if required).
  • Alcohol deliveries must be received in person by an individual who is 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID.

Rim Delivery reserves the right to refuse or cancel delivery of alcohol if:

  • A valid ID cannot be presented at delivery
  • The recipient appears underage or intoxicated
  • No eligible recipient is available at the delivery location

If delivery cannot be completed for any of the above reasons, the order may be returned to the retailer. Additional fees may apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup instructions, ready times, delivery addresses, gate codes, and contact information. Drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes at pickup locations once arrival is confirmed.

5. Fees & Payments

Delivery fees are non-refundable once pickup has occurred. Additional wait time or special handling may result in adjusted pricing when applicable. Payment methods may include credit card or cash on delivery, depending on the order type selected.

6. SMS Communications

By entering your mobile phone number and actively checking the required consent checkbox when submitting a delivery request at https://rimtogo.goape.io, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your order.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Messages may include order confirmations, driver updates, availability confirmations, delivery notifications, secure payment links for delivery fees, reminders related to an active order, and customer support communications.

Message frequency varies based on active orders. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

RIM TO GO does not send promotional or marketing text messages.

Some transactional messages may include a secure link to complete payment for delivery fees or to view order status. Links will be from rimtogo.goape.io.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

RIM TO GO acts solely as a delivery service provider. We are not responsible for product quality, merchant errors, incorrect items provided by the store, or delays caused by third-party businesses.

8. Service Availability

Service availability may vary based on weather, road conditions, driver availability, and operational capacity. We reserve the right to decline or cancel requests when necessary.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
